We are excited to announce that registrations for Research Support Community Day 2021 are now open.
A little different this year, RSC Day 2021 is an online event held via Zoom across three days Tuesday February 2 to Thursday February 4 2021.
This community event is aimed at anyone involved in research support and services in academic libraries. You don’t have to be working in the area or have experience in delivering services to researchers; we encourage a wide range of perspectives and welcome all, including those new to academic libraries. Sessions will be facilitated by research librarians who actively develop and deliver research services, and there will be plenty of time for discussion via online networking sessions.
The program has presentations from a variety of speakers including Cathy Foley, Chief Scientist of Australia, researchers, librarians, and e-research specialists. There will be opportunities to network online, participate in one of two workshops, and hear what other Australian research and academic libraries are doing in the research support and services space. There will also be a number of pre-recorded sessions, which you can watch in your own time, along with an online live Q & A session with the presenters.
Date: 3 days: Tuesday February 2 to Thursday February 4 2021
Times: 12 pm – 3 pm AEDT each day
Venue: Online via Zoom
This online event is being hosted by the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Library.
Hi Kathryn
I used to get emails from the Research Support community. If I add my details into this form, will I get regular emails with Research Support Community news like before?
cheers,
Karen
